                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  SEWER EASEMENT FROM CHARLES MARSH, PRESIDENT
                  OF MARINA COVE PLACE, INC., RELATIVE TO
                  CONTRACT NO. 73B-2, BIG RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS
                  IV, TRACT NO. 971.1, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                  ONE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS
                  ($1,220.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Charles Marsh, President of
       Marina Cove Place, Inc., relative to Contract No. 73B-2, Big 
Ridge
       Collector Sewers IV, Tract No. 971.1, for a consideration of
       $1,220.00.
